CLEANING PROCESS

• A DPF or a particulate filter is inserted into the cleaning machine and a diagnostic/back pressure measurement is performed to see the filter clogging degree.
• Collecting the data obtained, the machine plans a cleaning cycle that includes pressure/impulse cleaning, rinsing and drying.
• After the cleaning cycle, the filter is repeatedly checked by measuring the back pressure.

• After a full cleaning cycle, the machine automatically issues a diagnostic printout that the filter is completely clean.
